Chicken and Vegtables


Boneless skinless chicken breasts and thighs(you can use bone in with the skin in desired, or even wings and legs)

1/2 bag mini carrots or  about 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 2" peices

15-20 mini potatoes, or 1 potato per person, peeled and quartered

sage, thyme and rosemary to taste

1 can chicken gravy

If using boneless skinless chicken, dredge in flour and brown in a skillet. If using skin on, just brown skin in the skillet.

Put everything into the crockpot, add boiling water to cover.

Cook on high 4-5 hours, low for about 8.Serve.
